About Hayling Island

Waterside trails, winding country tracks and unspoilt beaches have a natural appeal for walkers, cyclists, horse riders and bird watchers.

Many visitors return to Hayling year after year for summer holidays and relaxing days on the beach. Some come specially for the sea angling while others like to explore the sheltered waters of Chichester Harbour and Langstone Harbour on either side of the Island.

Views over the water are particularly beautiful in spring and summer but autumn and winter have a peace and attraction of their own.

With its wide range of water sports, its seafront funfair and train and miles of blue flag beaches, Hayling has something for everyone.
